With the use of fermentation a lot of cooking uses of having the right amount of nutrients and bacteria can be determined since fermentation allows the good bacteria to come in and provide helpful nutrients for the body. Since fermentation involves the uses of bacteria it allows foods that are fermented to gain enough probiotics that could help our body which are essential to a proper digestive system which then aid in the digestion and absorption of food, maintain and repair the cells of the intestines, and improve the movement of the bowels. The fermentation of food and used in cooking dishes provide more beneficial bacteria that could actually improve ones's body functions and the nutrients taken in.
